Kindergarten Family Project #1

If you read any of my blog posts from last year, you know how much I enjoyed Tatum's family projects from school. Well we got our first one for Kindergarten, decorating a pumpkin with some sort of theme.

Here it is...

We decided to honor the migration of the monarchs through Oklahoma on their way to Mexico. (And before you say anything, Tatum loves to look for butterflies & is very much aware of the Monarch migration.) The pumpkin is covered with orange tissue paper & sprinkled with several different colors of glitter to make it colorful like a flower so it would attract the monarchs that you can see have landed on it.

Cross wanted to decorate one, too.
Here is his.
