The latest theme week at gymnastics was Super Hero week. The kids could dress as any superhero they wanted. Cross dressed as Super Why. If you aren't familiar with this one, he is the lead character on the PBS show Super Readers, not my favorite but the kids love it. The mask is the cutest part of this costume because it is so big. I had to safety pin the back so it would stay up on Cross's head since he doesn't have much of a bridge on his nose yet.
Tatum dressed as Super Tatum. Yes we developed our own character because frankly I didn't want to buy a costume that wouldn't be used again. Anyway, we just fashioned a cape for her with a "T" on the back & had a mask to go with it. The cape has a subtle sparkle to it, which was the icing on the cake.
